**Cancellation Policy**
At our studio, we value your commitment to your scheduled classes and strive to accommodate everyone’s needs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel a scheduled group class. This advance notice allows us to manage class sizes effectively and offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. If you fail to notify us within this 24-hour period, you will be required to pay a no-show fee. This policy applies not only to group classes but also to all private and semi-private sessions, as well as scheduled Intro sessions.
Class availability is limited, and our group classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis. It is essential for you to take responsibility for signing up for the classes you wish to attend. Registration can easily be completed through our website, ensuring you secure your desired time slot. We encourage you to plan ahead and register early to avoid conflicts with other participants.
Please note that our no-show fee for any missed group classes, private sessions, or semi-private sessions is set at $25. This fee will be charged directly to your account for any failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification. By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a respectful and effective environment for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Additional Important information:
Only one person per booking is allowed.
The visits must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase of the package.
Credits will be not refunded in case of cancellation or rolled over to the next month.
There are No Refunds on any products of services.
